Welcome to Adroit Customer Support

Adroit provides support for our products and services from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday.

Issues will be responded to within 4 hours during normal business hours.

Within normal business hours, issues will be attended to by our technical team. Outside of business hours urgent issues will be addressed by on-call support staff. The time to fix will depend on the nature of the issue, however as a guide for urgent issues we target resolution within four hours, and for non-urgent issues within two working days.
